Payment Options
To accommodate different buyer requirements and transaction sizes, Costita offers multiple payment options.
50% Advance Payment
Most orders can be placed with a 50% advance payment on product value. The remaining 50% product value and applicable taxes/shipping charges are paid before shipment.
This structure allows production to begin while providing buyers with additional assurance before final shipment.
100% Advance Payment
Buyers may also choose to make full payment at the time of order confirmation for a streamlined process.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
For eligible transactions, Costita supports Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight. For certain higher-risk destinations or transactions, confirmed Letters of Credit may be required.
Multiple Currency Support

Incoterms
CIF
Costita arranges export customs, international freight, and marine cargo insurance. Buyer is responsible for destination customs and import duties.
DAP
Costita coordinates transportation to the agreed destination location. Import duties and taxes remain the buyer's responsibility.
DDP
Comprehensive delivery solution including transportation, customs coordination, duties, taxes, and final delivery. (Varies by country).
Destination Customs Clearance & Last-Mile Delivery
For destinations without instant pricing, buyers may request destination support services. Pricing is provided within 24-48 hours. Buyers can also choose their own customs broker.
Marine Cargo Insurance Included
All export orders placed through Costita include Marine Cargo Insurance under Institute Cargo Clauses (A) as part of our shipment protection.
Customs & Documentation Support
Costita assists with export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) and coordinates with logistics partners for timely submissions.
