Sample Refunds
All sample purchases are final and non-refundable. Costita does not offer:
- Refunds for sample orders;
- Returns of sample products;
- Store credits for sample purchases.
Sample Cost Adjustment
Where applicable and agreed during the transaction, sample costs may be adjusted or discounted against a future commercial order placed by the buyer. Such adjustments remain subject to quotation terms and Costita's approval.
4. Commercial Orders
Commercial and bulk orders are generally not eligible for return simply because:
- The buyer changes their mind;
- Market conditions change;
- Demand decreases;
- Resale opportunities change;
- The buyer no longer requires the goods.
Returns and refunds are only considered under the circumstances described in this Policy.
5. Buyer Inspection Requirement
- Buyers are expected to inspect goods immediately upon arrival.
- Any issues should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
- Claims should include sufficient supporting evidence to allow investigation and verification.
- Failure to promptly inspect and report issues may affect claim eligibility.
6. Claim Documentation Requirements
To support any claim, buyers may be required to provide:

- Videos showing the issue;
- Packaging photographs;
- Shipping labels;
- Delivery documentation;
- Quantity verification records;
- Inspection reports where applicable;

7. Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged during transit, buyers should:
- Inspect goods immediately upon delivery;
- Retain original packaging materials;
- Take photographs and videos of the damage;
- Notify Costita promptly.
Insurance Claims
Where shipment insurance applies, damage claims may be submitted through the applicable insurance process. Claim approval, settlement amount, and reimbursement timelines remain subject to insurer review, policy terms, exclusions, and supporting documentation. Costita cannot guarantee approval of insurance claims by third-party insurers.
8. Incorrect Products
If a buyer receives products materially different from those confirmed in the order documentation, Costita may, after verification and approval of the claim:
- Replace the affected products; or
- Issue a credit note for the verified discrepancy.
The remedy selected shall be determined by Costita based on the circumstances of the transaction.
9. Quantity Shortages
If a verified shortage exists between the confirmed order quantity and delivered quantity beyond permitted tolerances, Costita may:
- Reship the missing quantity; or
- Issue a credit note for the verified shortage.
Costita reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.
10. Quantity Tolerance
Due to manufacturing, packaging, and logistics processes, a quantity variance of up to ±5% shall be considered commercially acceptable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Variations within this tolerance shall not be considered shortages, defects, or grounds for refunds.
11. Product Variations Not Considered Defects
The following shall not be considered product defects provided they do not materially affect intended functionality or commercial use:
- Minor color variations;
- Minor texture variations;
- Minor finish variations;
- Minor packaging differences;
- Minor dimensional variations;
- Minor weight variations;
- Variations arising from manufacturing processes;
- Variations resulting from display settings, photography, or lighting conditions.
12. Late Delivery
Delivery schedules provided by Costita are estimates only. International shipping may be affected by:
- Customs inspections;
- Customs clearance delays;
- Port congestion;
- Freight capacity constraints;
- Weather events;
- Regulatory actions;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Carrier delays;
- Trade restrictions;
- Force majeure events.
Because delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees, delays in shipment or delivery shall not constitute grounds for:
- Order cancellation;
- Product return;
- Refund requests;
- Compensation claims;
- Consequential damages claims.
13. Non-Returnable Products

Processing times may vary depending on banking systems, payment providers, verification procedures, and transaction circumstances.
15. Refund Limitations
Costita shall not be liable for:

- Loss of goodwill;
- Market losses;
- Indirect damages;
- Consequential damages;
- Special damages.
Any approved refund or compensation shall be limited to the affected portion of the order value, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
