10. Delivery and Inspection

12. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Refusal to accept shipment;
  • Failure to complete customs requirements;

additional storage, handling, return, redelivery, customs, or logistics charges may apply and shall be borne by the buyer.

14. Partial Shipments
